Gender preference - female *No couples, No pets allowed, , no pork in the fridge, no overnight stay - professional cleaning on top of rent and bills is only £100 per month which is mandatory to pay , understand that you can clean as well but I prefer to get it professionally cleaned to maintain flat standard.
